Rabid was approached by Viv Brownrigg Consulting to develop Accountants RePublic, a professional community site for members of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants and other accounting professionals. The site aims to to allow accountants and accounting businesses to showcase their services and to facilitate professional development and interaction.
Working closely with Viv Brownrigg Consulting, Rabid developed arepublic.co.nz. The site allows users, once signed in, to access career development content, communicate via groups, advertise their services via a finegrained search function, and to receive news about seminars and events. Accounting firms can create pages, invite their staff, and manage their online presence which is linked to their staff’s profiles.
